We are dedicated to providing the best service possible to injured workers. Our reputation has been built on this commitment since 1990. We provide vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers within the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation system to assist them in returning to suitable gainful employment following a workplace injury. We receive referrals from individual clients, attorneys, labor unions, the Department of Labor and Industry, physicians, as well as a number of other sources. What We Do Best

Rehabilitation Plan

If eligible, a rehabilitation plan is developed and services are provided to assist you in returning to suitable gainful employment. These services are provided at no cost to you.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services

We can help you return to work because of an injury and your employer is unable to offer suitable gainful employment within the work restrictions assigned by the treating physician.

QRC

We will provide you with a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant who will assist you in your vocational rehabilitation process.  You have the right to select your own QRC.

Vocational Evaluations

We can provide  individual evaluations and vocational analysis for workers’ compensation, LTD, Personal Injury, and Divorce cases.

Alissa O’Hara

Alissa S. O’Hara began working as a QRC in 1998. She has owned and operated O’Hara & Hunter Consulting since 2001.

Angie Hunter

Angie R. Hunter began working for O’Hara & Hunter Consulting in 2003 as a QRC. She became Alissa O’Hara’s business partner in June 2010.
